Fine Art

Fine art...when asked what it is, most will shrug their shoulders. Is it the amount being asked? Is it the work, itself? Is it a genre thing? ...black and white only, color need not apply?

Seriously, isn't it more like, "you know it when you see it but can't describe it"?

It's a feeling. Right? What you feel when you look at it, how you want to have it in your home, where it brings you in your thoughts.

Lots of photographers put up sites with "fine art", so, here's ours. But we won't claim to live in the lofty spires of the fine art photographer all the time. At best, when we hit one out of the park, it makes us feel pretty good. And what we really like you may not. So, it's not always fine, is it.

Perhaps, that's just the start of the journey...a give and take of opinion...and then agreement about a few good works, over time.
